LD and PF Club Team registration for the 2022-2023 debate season is now open!
Max is a second-year student at UCLA studying political science, philosophy, and Russian. He debated for 3 years at Sage Hill School, earning 14 career bids and winning the 2022 Tournament of Champions his senior year.Throughout his career, Max won or reached finals of Meadows, Valley, Stanford, Berkeley, Peninsula, Damus, UT Austin, the King Round Robin, the Cal Round Robin, and the DebateLA Challenge. He also competed internationally for the USA debate team for 2 years in the World Schools format. As a coach, Max has taught at the top lab of the National Symposium for Debate and The Debate Intensive, and his primary debate interests include policy and philosophy arguments, as well as international relations theory.
