Gavin debated for 3 years at Pembroke Pines Charter High School in South Florida across PF and Worlds. As a debater, he qualified to the Gold TOC, FFL States, and NSDA Nationals twice, while also receiving speaker awards at Emory, Florida Blue Key, and The Tradition. As a coach, Gavin has led students to receiving 12+ bids and deep outround placements at several national tournaments. He specializes in teaching hypertechnical debate strategies, but has ample experience coaching in critical argumentation, as well as lay adaptation.
