Rose has been involved debate for ten years as both a competitor and a coach. While debating for the University of Kansas, she was ranked the #2 regular season team nationally, and won multiple speaker awards and tournaments. As a coach, her students have won tournaments such as Harvard, Emory, and Yale, and has had students ranked #1 and #2 in the nation simultaneously. She has extensive experiencing coaching and participating in every style of debate, but is known for her expertise in moral philosophy and kritiks. Rose is passionate about debate's potential to help students grow in all aspects of their lives, and loves to foster that growth however she can.
