Kavneer attends Dartmouth and is majoring in Engineering and government. He plans to attend law school after graduating from Dartmouth. Kavneer was ranked number 1 in the country by the ELO tracker and coaches poll. He earned 18 career TOC bids and had top speaker ranks at almost all tournaments he attended. A few debate highlights for him inlcude championing the Greenhill tournament, Greenhill Round Robin, and NDCA. Getting into finals at Berkeley and semifinals at St. Marks, Michigan and Emory. Kavneer was also a TOC top seed in 2025. He likes to teach answering the K and traditional policy.
